For me, Reminiscences of a Stock Operator by Edwin Lefevre is a timeless classic. First published in 1923, I first read it in the Spring of 2000 in the wake of the dot-com collapse and have returned to it regularly since. Like Lefevre over a century ago, I’m in a reflective mood.
