The firm he co-founded, Douglas Wallace, was everywhere: working on Dundrum Town Centre, developing a series of shopping centres in Romania, and pursuing an ambitious plan to redevelop Bow Street Magistrates’ Court in Westminster, the site of many famous trials, including those of two great Irishmen, Roger Casement and Oscar Wilde.
