Last week, the 2025 in Review Daft.ie Sales Report was released. The headlines will come as a surprise to very few: whether measured with list prices or with transaction prices, housing prices rose in Ireland again in 2025. According to the index of list prices in the report, this is the 12th year in a row that prices nationally have risen, after seven years of falling prices.
