Aquila Air Capital, the aviation lessor headquartered in Dublin, has fended off a lawsuit by a consultancy firm and a three-year legal battle with claims of breach of contract and interfering with its business. A judge in a New York court ruled in favour of the lessor in a summary judgment recently in a dispute over a services agreement between the two sides, stating Monocoque Diversified Interests had “consistently failed to substantiate its vehement accusations of wrongdoing by Aquila”.
