It is now two years to the month since the liquidator of Dolphin MUT 116 Ltd—an Irish company used to channel millions on behalf of Irish investors into the collapsed German property group—initiated legal proceedings against the former Cork-based distributor of the investment product. Today, that liquidator, Shane McCarthy, an accountant with KPMG, has filed a detailed statement of claim against Cork-based R E Administration Ltd, now in liquidation.
