Zoe Willis started her career at ITV at 18. She joined the station to become an on-screen presenter, a job that was short-lived after she realised she “didn’t want to be famous”. Instead, Willis leaned into the commercial side of the media business and worked on sponsorship and licensing of shows like Popstars, the reality music programme that paved the way for the likes of Pop Idol and X Factor.
