Provisional liquidators have been appointed to a series of companies operating the Born Clothing business brand, after several years of sustained losses. The High Court approved the urgent appointment of David O’Connor and Ian Barrett of BDO as joint provisional liquidators to the Galway-based chain on Tuesday evening, following an ex parte hearing (one side only). Companies in the group are insolvent with debts of around €7.7 million, the court was told.
