Four companies controlled by property developer Greg Kavanagh are facing winding up petitions by the Revenue Commissioners. While the tax authority does not comment on individual cases, The Currency understands Revenue filed High Court proceedings last week over alleged outstanding Vat issues. The companies in question are New Generation Construction Ltd, Fofo Investments Ltd, For Much Needed Housing Ltd and Sequana Assets Ltd.
