Employees and elderly residents of St Mary’s nursing home on Dublin’s Merrion Road are planning to challenge the liquidation of the Sisters of Charity-owned home. The Sisters have owned the valuable Dublin 4 site of the nursing home since 1866 but it was only in 2004 that they put the nursing home into a company structure.
