EirGrid has been granted an injunction by the High Court against those interfering with its marine surveys for an electrical cable in Dublin Bay. Fishermen George Duncan, Peter Ryan and Eric O’Reilly were named in the injunction, along with “persons unknown interfering with the permitted maritime usage in the licenced area under maritime usage licence (Reference No. Mul240010)”.
