Bupa, the health insurance giant, has decided to begin a process to sell all 20 of its Smiles Dental practices in the Republic of Ireland. The sales process is in its early stages and a process to find a buyer is expected to take a number of months. All practices will continue to trade as normal and the business has begun to inform staff of its decision to seek a suitable new owner.
