On Monday, EirGrid was granted a temporary injunction against fishers in Dublin Bay, preventing them from leaving fishing gear in the area of the bay where the grid operator is surveying for a marine electrical cable.  Justice Richard Humphreys had restrained the fishers from interfering with the survey work and ordered one of them, Eric O’Reilly, to remove obstructions in the bay.
