In a long running court battle, Boeing has voiced further frustration with the Irish base of Russian aircraft lessor Timaero in a dispute that has thrown up several curveballs and delays. Timaero Ireland Limited is suing Boeing in the US – and has filed accompanying action in Ireland – over the delivery of aircraft but the manufacturer has repeatedly accused the lessor of failing to provide documents in discovery.
