Three cases of domestic, sexual, and gender-based violence, as well as alcohol use, violent altercations, and serious fire safety risks were flagged at the Tetrarch-owned CityArk refugee centre in Citywest over the past two years, released incident logs show. The privately-run international protection accommodation centre is adjacent to the Citywest Hotel and Convention Centre, which Tetrarch Capital, a leading Irish real-estate firm, sold to the State in a €148 million deal last summer.
