Irish e-commerce giant ESW has filed legal action in the High Court in Dublin against Korean fashion retailer W Concept. The case was filed by the Irish company yesterday. W Concept is a prominent online fashion retailer headquartered in Seoul and specialising in “K-fashion”. It is owned by the Korean conglomerate Shinsegae Group. The case has been taken by ESW’s US Direct E Commerce Limited against W Concept USA Inc, which is the Korean company’s entity that operates its international business.
