Hotelier Noel O’Callaghan is suing his son Paul over an alleged covert recording of his legal and financial advisors. The allegations are contained in a High Court writ filed by the 76-year-old on Wednesday against his son and Saira, the company behind the O’Callaghan Collection of hotels. The defendants are alleged to have orchestrated the circumstances in which the recording took place, reviewed it, and then used its contents to try and undermine Noel O’Callaghan’s relationship with his legal representatives. The recording is alleged to have taken place while the advisers were “carrying out their functions” on their client’s behalf.…
