Eclective, the Cheyne Capital-backed business, has sold the Workman’s Club in Dublin back to a company controlled by the venue’s founder Paddy McKillen Jr. Staff in the Workman’s Club Ltd were told this morning that their jobs were being transferred to another company, Lolapop Ltd, whose sole director is Paddy McKillen Jr. The move impacts employees of the Workman’s Club venue and its adjacent Bison Bar, which are based on Wellington Quay, Temple Bar, Dublin 2.
