Kingspan is pursuing a refund of Trump tariffs through the US legal system after the president’s banner trade policy was deemed unlawful by the country’s Supreme Court. The Cavan-based multinational filed a case in the United States Court of International Trade against the “unlawful” tariffs, in advance of a separate portal being opened for the processing of refunds from authorities.
