Taoglas is nearing completion on a deal to buy a UK company that would give it a foothold in supplying emergency services, after a government security review gave the green light. Over the coming weeks, the Wexford-headquartered company, which makes antennas for communications equipment, hopes to formally close the acquisition. The deal to buy SFL Mobile Radio went through a review from the UK government’s Investment Security Unit and was approved last week.
