An interim examiner has been appointed to the Hudson Rooms, a 200-seat bar and restaurant in Liffey Valley in Clondalkin, Dublin 22. Accountant Joe Walsh of JW Accountants was appointed interim examiner to the company behind the venue, Elite Gastrobars Ltd, yesterday in the Circuit Court in front of Judge Simon McAleese. Barrister Ross Gorman made the application. He said an independent expert report by Cormac Mohan of Fitzwilliam Corporate, part of the AAB Group, concluded that the business had a reasonable prospect of survival if it could be restructured.
