The residential property investment vehicle iLiv Apartments (Ireland) Ltd has restructured the finance behind 411 apartments it owns in Dublin, Limerick, Galway, Waterford, and Cork, new company information shows. As previously detailed, iLiv was established in 2019 to buy apartments individually or in small portfolios and renovate them into a higher-yielding, centrally managed fleet.
