Peloton, the exercise equipment maker, is formally winding up its Irish presence after speculation about a large Cork office never fully came to fruition. The US tech company, best known for its exercise bikes and treadmills, notified the Companies Registration Office this week of its intention to wind up Peloton Interactive Ireland Limited and strike it from the register. Peloton established the Irish subsidiary in 2021. The Irish Examiner reported that year that it was seeking an office space for up to 700 workers in Cork.
