In 2017, French asset managers Mansour Khalife and Miranda Khabiri left the €2 billion Paris-based property investment firm Corum to found their own boutique business in France’s capital, MNK Partners. Last year, they launched their first fund, MNK One, targeting a 5 to 7 per cent return from commercial property investments around Europe for investors with €1 million to €10 million to chip in.
