The Rory Gallagher International Tribute Festival, a popular non-profit four-day event in Donegal, is owed €283,000 by the company behind Tickets.ie, which announced it was going into liquidation earlier this week. The 23-year-old festival, which honours Ireland’s greatest-ever guitarist, had its most successful year ever when it took place last week, but now its organisers fear the event won’t be able to pay all its bills owed to about 30 small businesses in Ballyshannon, Co Donegal.
