Paralympic swimmer Ellen Keane is sitting on a stool at the front of the room for the mental health charity Aware’s Resilience Lunch in Fitzwilliam Lawn Tennis Club in Dublin 6. There is a gold and a bronze medal in Keane’s lap. The gold was won in Tokyo 2021, the culmination of a career.
