Many people might fume if a senior civil servant singled them out at a major conference filled with colleagues in their specialist area. Not Fred Logue, however, the seasoned solicitor with a strong history of taking on judicial review cases on environmental, climate, and planning matters. The latter speciality came to the fore in recent years with a spike in cases through the courts challenging housing and infrastructure projects.
