In May, liquidators for an innocuously named company called RTI Limited went to court in Qatar. Their mission was to get the liquidation of Jersey-registered RTI acknowledged in the Middle Eastern country. For the liquidators, the cross jurisdictional voyage was about getting their hands on RTI’s records and financial information in Qatar.
