The liquidator of the company behind the hospitality venue House in Dublin has claimed he has a “genuine concern” that he cannot carry out his duties.  Barrister Keith Farry, instructed by Tom Casey Solicitors, made an application in the High Court on Monday on behalf of liquidator Aidan Garcia seeking direction from Justice Oisín Quinn on how best to carry out his responsibilities as liquidator for the venue, which is located on Leeson Street in Dublin 2.  In an affidavit, Garcia, the liquidator of Sontsul Ltd, the company behind House in Dublin, said he was making his application “reluctantly”.  He…
