More than a year after its last acquisition attempt failed, the company behind a Galway mining site has found new owners in a Canadian consortium. Viridian Metals Ireland Limited owns the Tynagh mining site in Co Galway and was prepped to merge with London-listed Europa Metals but that deal collapsed in early 2025.
