Goldstein Property Icav, the fund owned and advised by Mel Sutcliffe of Quanta Capital, is seeking a priority appeal challenging the refusal of the High Court to injunct receivers appointed by alternative lender Relm over one of its sub-fund’s multi-million-euro commercial property portfolios. Receivers Ken Fennell and Brendan O’Reilly of Interpath Advisory were put in place by Relm in November 2024 over an alleged default by the sub-fund on capital and interest payments on secured loans of around €143 million issued between 2019 and 2022.
