A year on from Bob Vylan’s performance at Glastonbury, when the BBC said it should have cut the live stream, the members of the band are suing the broadcaster, in Ireland. High Court summons were issued against the BBC on Tuesday on behalf of Laurence George Wade and Pascal Robinson Foster. The band members are represented by the Belfast-based law firm Phoenix Law, which previously represented Kneecap. In the wake of Bob Vylan’s Glastonbury show, where the band led chants of “death to the IDF” (Israeli Defense Forces), UK broadcast regulator Ofcom said the BBC “clearly has questions to answer”…
