Aeolus, an Irish aircraft engine lessor, is going to court in Italy in a multi-jurisdictional dispute with a Tunisian air cargo carrier. The engine lessor has been in a long-running row with Express Air Cargo over unpaid fees and secured a court order in Ireland to start repossessing two engines from a storage facility in Italy. The contract for the two CFM56-3 aircraft engines was governed by Irish law.
