Businessman Colm Wu has been disqualified from acting as a company director for seven years and three months for reckless trading. The order of the High Court follows Wu’s failure, to date, to comply with undertakings to personally discharge debts of €2.15 million owed to three companies he ran, including a hotel in Dublin on Eden Quay and a well-known pub on Dame Street, Mulligan and Haines.
