A Bahraini cargo carrier has not made a court-ordered payment to Dublin-based aircraft lessor Rostrum Leasing in a long running dispute that will see the case extend from England to the Bahraini courts. MAE Aircraft Management WLL, also known by its brand name MENA Cargo, was ordered to pay $5.3 million to the Irish lessor by a judge in the English courts to satisfy a summary judgment earlier in the case.
