The Court of Appeal has overturned a High Court ruling and found that Dunnes Stores was in contempt of court for failing to comply with orders requiring it to fit out its anchor store at Dublin’s Point Village. The row arises from a 2008 development agreement under which Dunnes was to occupy and fit out a large multi-floor unit at the docklands outlet.
