The widow of former Arkphire chairman Peter Monahan is challenging a tax decision on the shares she inherited from her husband in the High Court. Sheehan & Co solicitors lodged proceedings against the Revenue Commissioners on behalf of Anne Marie Monahan on July 15, court records show.
