A creditors’ meeting of Cross Blue Holdings, the company that once operated a well-known hotel and several hospitality venues in Kinsale, shed light last week on the financial difficulties that led to its liquidation and the progress made by the liquidator to date. The company is jointly owned by Ciaran Fitzgerald, a hotelier and former chair of the Cork branch of the Irish Hotels Federation, and Cormac Fitzgerald, a chartered accountant.
