Businessman Paddy McKillen Jr’s application to set aside a €2.1 million bankruptcy summons looks set to be rejected by the High Court. Mr Justice David Kennedy indicated at a brief court hearing on Monday that that was the direction of travel for the strike-out motion brought by the hospitality entrepreneur against Herbert Street Property Finance Unlimited (HSPF).
