“There was some disruption… but most courts ran with little effect on them.” This was the feedback relayed by the Courts Service’s operations office to the justice department on June 10 as concerns grew about impending and unprecedented strike action by criminal solicitors.  The email exchange was in responce to a meeting of the Law Society’s criminal committee held the day before at Blackhall Place in Dublin 7.
