A heating installation start-up has been “mothballed” after claims it was embroiled in a damaging €54 million corporate data raid on a rival business, the High Court has heard. Since Neru Ltd was first alleged to have colluded in the theft of valuable trade secrets from the Joule Group Ltd last June, the company has ceased trading and staff have entered a redundancy programme, its lawyers submitted at a recent hearing.
