Flutter Entertainment said Chief Executive Peter Jackson is stepping down, while lowering its profit outlook and swinging to a loss as its U.S. business continues to struggle. The parent company of FanDuel on Wednesday said Jackson is being replaced by Dan Taylor, the company’s president and its international division’s CEO. The succession is effective Oct. 1. The executive change came as Flutter’s U.S. business faces lower betting sales and customer churn. Sales declined 6% in the second quarter, primarily due to a 15% drop in sportsbook revenue.
