The Dubin Business School (DBS) is set to be acquired by a listed Chinese education company in an all-cash deal worth $127.5 million (€110 million). The independent undergraduate and post-graduate college has been owned by American higher-education firm Kaplan since 2003 but is now set to change hands some 23 years later.
