The crypto-driven charity chaired by Bertie Ahern is being wound up after never holding any meetings beyond its launch event. The AB Foundation, a non-profit set up by a crypto company called AB, moved to dissolve its Irish-registered company through voluntary strike-off. In papers filed with the CRO, the company said it never traded.
