A centuries-old Kentucky horse farm owned by the family of Tony Ryan, a co-founder of Ireland-based discount airline Ryanair, is listing for $57.5 million while simultaneously heading to auction. If it doesn’t sell on the market first, the 951-acre equestrian property in Lexington will be sold at the Keeneland Championship Sale, an invitation-only horse auction set to take place on Oct. 28.
