The European private equity firm Exponent is investing €70 million in fast-growing Irish gas turbine specialist OFS, providing capital to support the company’s continued international expansion. Built over the past 20 years by Eric Kavanagh and Joseph Dunne, OFS is headquartered in Naas, Co Kildare, and also has an office in Houston, Texas. The business employs about 200 people, a number that is expected to double to 400 in the coming years.
