Shareholders in investment firm DCC Energy PLC look set to vote on its proposed £5.75 billion (€6.7 bilion) takeover deal by KKR and Energy Capital Partners (ECP) at a single meeting in Co Dublin next month. The vote on the scheme has been scheduled for 2pm Irish time on September 18 at the Clayton Hotel in Sandyford Business Park, by order of the Commercial Court.
