There was a moment during the meteoric rise of Chris Doyle, CEO of Bauer Media Audio Ireland, when it all might have gone horribly wrong. For the first time, Doyle was sitting around a table with Denis O’Brien at a Communicorp board meeting. It was 2007, peak Celtic Tiger, and Doyle was the newly installed CEO of the radio station Spin 1038. He was 27 years old.
