The case brought against the five-star Powerscourt Hotel by an organisation founded by tech billionaire Peter Thiel over a cancelled event has been cleared to be heard before the Commercial Court. The case centres on the cancellation of a conference due to be held by the Thiel-founded Dialog, an invite-only group whose members include tech leaders, journalists, and military officials.
