The herculean task of winding up Russian state-owned aircraft lessor GTLK, registered in Ireland, is opening a fresh volley of legal claims. This time, liquidators at Teneo are pursuing Easyjet in a dispute over the fees and maintenance and for aircraft that the airline had leased from the Russian lessor before the latter was slammed by Western sanctions.
