Aoife Quinn, the daughter of former billionaire industrialist Seán Quinn, has lost a long-running tax dispute with the Revenue Commissioners over bogus Russian income payments. The High Court has ruled that the tax authority did not know the Russian arrangement was unlawful when it raised tax assessments of €301,718 against Quinn in December 2016.
